How Does The Process Work?
1. Recruiting Solutions interviews each candidate to provide you with an assessment of occupational experience, geographical preferences, and salary history. We utilize some of the best recruiting and ATS software in the staffing industry in order to streamline and make the hiring process faster and easier. During this process, we also make sure the candidate’s career objectives line up with your company and the open position. We are very selective with whose assessments and resume we present for your consideration.
2. You will have the opportunity to review our pre-screened candidates before we assist you in arranging phone and in-person interviews. Once you have selected a final candidate, we extend your offer of employment and work diligently with the applicants until the position is placed. Our goal is to provide you with hiring solutions in which both parties can mutually benefit—truly creating a win/win scenario for both you and the candidate.
3. The Recruiting Solutions fee structure operates on a contingency basis—client companies only pay a fee after hiring one of our candidates. We provide a strong guarantee policy, because we won’t be satisfied until you are.
